Since my medical studies, I have been guided by the desire to perceive people in all their individuality and to practice medicine in such a way that physical, mental and spiritual aspects are understood in their connection. In addition to my training in conventional medicine, I have continued my education in traditional healing methods and, during my clinical work at the Ita Wegman Clinic and at the in-service anthroposophic medical seminar, I acquired the FMH certificate of competence in anthroposophically extended medicine. This additional training has decisively shaped my view of the connections between health and life situation.
As a specialist in general internal medicine, I see GP support as relational medicine: a form of medical collaboration that is based on presence, appreciation and a careful diagnostic approach. It is important to me to empower people to develop their self-awareness and self-efficacy. I also incorporate creative and body-oriented therapies and external applications into my work as required.
After eight years in private practice, I am very pleased to bring my experience to the Heart-Based Center - a place where medical professionalism and a heart-oriented attitude work together and people are accompanied on their path to more stability, strength and clarity.
