I am a coach specializing in stress and resource regulation and have been supporting people in phases of high stress, exhaustion and inner overload for many years.
I have a master's degree (M. A.) from the Faculty of Philosophy at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and have a sound education in stress management, mental training and resource-oriented coaching.
My work focuses on regulating the autonomic nervous system and strengthening stable self-regulation skills. I combine psychological concepts with body- and perception-based methods.
Presence, breathing regulation and differentiated body awareness are central elements of my work - not as isolated techniques, but as structured building blocks of a stabilizing process.
At the Heart-Based Center, I am particularly involved in the regulation and support phase. My work complements the medical classification with targeted, resource-oriented stabilization if regeneration and self-efficacy are to be rebuilt.
