The Heart-Based Center is an innovative health center for medical and therapeutic advice and support. Our interdisciplinary team assists adults, adolescents, families, and occupational health stakeholders in assessing and treating stress, burnout, trauma, and psychosomatic disorders – with an integrated, medically sound approach.
We offer patients a protected space where development, stabilization, and sustainable performance are fostered.
You will be working in an environment with short decision-making processes and a high degree of creative freedom, where you can actively help shape the further development of our center.

Leitende:r Psychotherapeut:in (50-100%)
Your main tasks:
- Psychotherapien im Einzel-, Paar- und / oder Familiensetting
- Beratung von Akteur:innen im Betriebsgesundheitswesen
- Contribution to group offers
- Betreuung von Psycholog:innen in Weiterbildung
