Das Heart-Based Center ist ein innovatives Gesundheitszentrum für medizinische und therapeutische Beratung und Begleitung. Unser multiprofessionelles Team unterstützt Erwachsene, Jugendliche, Familien und Akteur:innen der Betriebsgesundheit bei der Einordnung und Behandlung von Stressbelastungen, Burnout, Traumata und psychosomatischen Beschwerden – mit einem integrierten, medizinisch fundierten Ansatz.

Your main tasks:
- Entwicklung und Leitung des psychiatrischen Angebots als Teil der medizinischen Leitung.
- Diagnostik und Behandlung von Patient:innen im Einzel-, Paar- und / oder Familiensetting.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der psychotherapeutischen Abteilung.
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten.
- Betreuung und Supervision von Assistenzärzt:innen in Weiterbildung.
