The Heart-Based Center AG is currently under construction - and we are looking for you as a committed medical practice assistant (MPA) who wants to help shape structures, accompany patients holistically and develop a health center together with a motivated team that combines modern medicine, quality, humanity and interdisciplinary cooperation.

Your tasks - varied and meaningful

As an MPA at the Heart-Based Center AB, you will take on medical, organizational and communicative tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility. You will play an active role in setting up the practice structure and contribute your ideas to the daily organization of a patient-friendly, efficient practice.

You carry out medical-technical tasks such as blood samples, ECGs, vaccinations and pulmonary function tests independently and assist with minor procedures.

You organize the daily practice efficiently, plan deadlines with foresight, maintain digital documentation and coordinate smoothly with external partners.

You welcome our patients with openness and clarity, accompany them through the visit and pass on understandable information.

You actively contribute to quality standards, contribute to the further development of hygiene concepts and practice processes.

You help shape the development of the center, develop a cooperative, professional work culture independently and together with the team and contribute your own ideas

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Medical practice assistant EFZ
• High level of personal responsibility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment find solutions independently
• One Structured, proactive and careful way of working
• The readiness, Actively help shape processes, contribute your own ideas and help develop everyday life
• Strong social skills, Empathy and strong communication skills in dealing with patients and Colleagues
• Ideally experience with digital practice systems (e.g. tomedo)
