Medically classify stress—refer with confidence

We support you in the medical classification of complex stress-related conditions and offer timely psychotherapeutic capacity, medical clarification, and structured support for stress-related strain.

When a referral is appropriate

Many patients show stress-related symptoms where the cause, urgency and sensible next step are not clear. Typical situations are

  • Persistent exhaustion without a clear somatic cause
  • Sleep disorders, inner restlessness, or panic symptoms
  • Reduced resilience despite breaks or ongoing therapy
  • Complex psychosomatic constellations
  • Limited capacity or long waiting times in your own setting

What we currently offer

Rapid-access services to relieve pressure on the healthcare system:

  • Psychotherapy for stress-related strain
  • Medical evaluation and structured medical classification
  • Brief interventions for acute overload
  • Structured support for complex processes

Currently, capacity is available—particularly in psychotherapeutic support.

Note: The services mentioned are provided via supplementary insurance or on a self-pay basis.

For more complex or persistent cases

In the case of complex or prolonged stress-related conditions, Balance can be used as a structured classification and support process - in addition to psychotherapeutic or medical treatment.

The purpose of Balance is not to prolong interventions, but to classify stress in a medically responsible manner and to derive sensible next steps in a structured way.

Our work follows a clear decision-making logic:

  • Classification before intervention
  • Objective biomarkers where appropriate (e.g., HRV, stress hormones)
  • Clear medical responsibility
  • Multi-professional cooperation
  • Transparent communication

Where appropriate, the diagnostic basis is the Integral Stress Test™, which provides objective classification of central stress and regulation markers.

Cooperation & feedback

On request, we will consult with you as the referring specialist and provide feedback on classification outcomes and progress - within the scope of the patient's consent.

Further treatment can:

  • be fully transferred back to your care
  • take place in parallel
  • or continued in a clearly defined format

Your next step

If you would like to refer patients or clarify in advance whether a referral is appropriate, we will be happy to provide you with a brief professional consultation.
