Classify stress - understand what your body is showing

For medical classification, Balance uses selected biological markers to objectively determine how much stress your body is under, how well it is regenerating and how its regulatory systems are currently working.

The decisive factor is not the individual value, but the professional classification in the overall context. The result is not a snapshot, but a sound basis for medically sensible next steps.

Among other things, the following are considered for classification:

  • Heart rate variability (HRV) - Marker for the regulatory and adaptive capacity of the autonomic nervous system.

The IST™ is a multi-stage stress test that visualizes your individual stress patterns - physically, emotionally and mentally. Depending on the level, it includes:

  • a personal coaching session
